The Yellow Handkerchief is about three emotional, lonely strangers on a road trip through post-Katrina Louisiana. The film stars William Hurt, Maria Bello, Kristen Stewart, and Eddie Redmayne (YES, the model from the Burberry advertisements, shown below).
I went to a showing at the Kabuki Theatre on Post Street in San Francisco held by Gen Art tonight. I loved to see how the characters evolved and the simplicity to the storyline. I loved Redmayne's role.Also, it didn't hurt that the film was playing at one of my favorite theatres: View the Sundance Kabuki's website here.
