Besides the tourists and horrible traffic, the positives of Fisherman's Warf can be pretty amazing! Before I ate at the Fishermen's Grotto No.9, I walked along Jefferson Street to see the shops and stores. I had to stop at the candy store and buy at least some sweets. Right between the giant burger and the Rainforest Cafe, lies the
San Francisco Chocolate Store, which is filled to the brim with chocolate of all shapes, sizes, tastes, colors, mixes, etc.

After the short walk along the tourist infested street, I stopped to listen to the old man playing Jazz before I sauntered into the restaurant. I had never been to the Fisherman's Grotto No.9 before but had heard it housed some of the best seafood in the bay and had some of the most beautiful views of the waters. Most of the food at the restaurant is caught the same day it is served. I ordered the shrimp and crab cocktail with some traditional clam chowder. I know it's such an average decision to choose clam chowder, but you really can't go wrong with some delicious soup!

The view.
