Where'd the fashion come from? Who are the designers? What's the inspiration? How much is actually Lady Gaga's designs? and most importantly, WHY?

Most of the clothing was designed and created by Emporio Armani, Alexander McQueen, and the Haus of Gaga. For those of you who don't know what Haus of Gaga is, and I know there are very few of you, it is a creative production company in which Lady Gaga has set up an assortment of designers, musicians, artists, etc. that help her create ideas for her music, stage props, hairdos, clothing, and art. Below is an example of just one of her many "mini" films she's made and collaborated on with her Haus.
