How to Steal a Million, or her clothes...
After watching How to Steal a Million, with Audrey Hepburn and Peter O' Toole, not only was I in the mood to go steal the Mona Lisa, but I also wanted to dress for the part. As soon as Audrey Hepburn became Givenchy's muse, her closet became a prized possession. Audrey was a firm believer in "the little black dress" and it showed. Most of the clothes she wore in movies and in public were simple black dresses. Since she had a habit of buying two of everything that she loved in separate colors, mostly one black and one white, Audrey had a large collection of designer wear.
My favourite dress she ever wore, seen above in the photos from the film How to Steal a Million, is actually being sold this week in London in a charity auction where the proceeds will go to UNICEF, a program in which Audrey helped very much when she was still alive. The estimated price the black, lace dress will be sold for? 20000 £. ($29680 USD).
This post isn't just about Audrey's actual clothes, but also about how you can "steal" her look for cheap!
Those long signature gloves she always wears?

The "little black dress"? Here are many places you can purchase one.

**I like to find my little black dresses at secondhand stores as well, it makes sure that nobody else will have it.
